All parcels are shipped using Royal Mail.

If choosing a tracked shipping option, you will receive delivery notifications from

Royal Mail and will be able to make alternative delivery arrangements if you’re not in.

UK SHIPPING

• Second Class - £3.50 per order, up to 2kg.

• Tracked 48 - £4.00 per order, up to 2kg.

• First Class - £4.50 per order, up to 2kg.

• Tracked 24 - £5.00 per order, up to 2kg

• For signed for delivery or orders over 2kg, please contact me before checking out and I will advise as to the postage cost.

LOCAL PICK UP

If you are local to the B32 Birmingham postcode, send me a message to see if free local collection or delivery is an option.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I ship worldwide using Royal Mail’s International Tracked service for packages up to 250g. If you wish to order more than a couple of 100g skeins, please contact me and I will calculate the shipping costs before you place your order.

PLEASE NOTE - International orders may be subject to additional import fees, duties and other inbound customs fees, to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. It is up to the buyer to pay these fees, as they are not included in the price of shipping. The amounts vary by country and it is strongly advised that you check your country’s policies before purchasing. Countries within the European Union now require the payment of a destination tax, i.e. your country’s tax rate (e.g. 20%, 15%) of your purchase. If you don’t pay duties and tax upon arrival, your package will be returned to me. If the package is to be reshipped, the postage fees will need to be paid again.

LOST / DELAYED PACKAGES

It is advised that you wait 10 working days (UK shipping addresses) or 28 working days (International orders) before contacting me about your order, as Royal Mail will only deem a parcel lost if not delivered within these times.
